Delivery Policy

At SkyClin, we are committed to making your experience seamless, transparent, and reliable. This Delivery Policy explains how memberships and travel services are processed and delivered to our members.

1 Memberships

1.1. Online Applications

  • Memberships (Basic, Premium, Premium Plus) require the applicant to submit medical credentials for verification.
  • Activation occurs once verification is completed and, where applicable, payment is successfully processed.
  • Members receive a confirmation email and access to their SkyClin portal.
  • Memberships are normally checked and verified within 24 hours of submitting the application, given no further documents were requested from the applicant.

1.2. In-Person Registrations (via SkyClin Representatives)

  • For doctors registering at their clinics, offices, or during outreach visits with a SkyClin sales representative, memberships are activated immediately upon completion of registration and payment.
  • No further verification steps are required, as the process is handled directly at the point of registration.

2 Flight Tickets

  • All flight tickets booked through SkyClin are coordinated with partner airlines and delivered as electronic tickets (e-tickets).
  • Doctors may make a ticket request via their own SkyClin portal, or by phone.
  • E-tickets are typically issued within 24 hours of booking confirmation and sent to the members via email and on their SkyClin portal.
  • Members requesting tickets by phone will also receive their e-tickets via email and on their SkyClin member portal.

3 Payment Methods

SkyClin currently supports the following payment channels:

  • Online payments via our secure platform.
  • Bank transfers (CliQ).
  • Cash payments when registering directly with a SkyClin sales representative, or for ticket issuance upon a previously arranged visit for collection.

4 Delivery Method

  • All SkyClin services (memberships and tickets) are delivered digitally via the SkyClin member portal, or through in-person visits, while a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the registered e-mail of the member, upon each request to update the member on the status.
