3.4

This includes allowing others to benefit from member-only privileges, services, or discounts. Any such misuse will result in immediate termination of membership and possible blacklisting from the platform.
4 Flight Bookings & Travel Policy
4.1
All flight bookings must be issued exclusively through SkyClin. Partner airlines will not issue tickets directly to members.
4.2
All flight tickets booked through SkyClin must be issued exclusively under the registered member's full legal name, as verified during the application process. Tickets are non-transferable, and members are strictly prohibited from issuing tickets on behalf of others, regardless of their profession or eligibility.
4.3
Discounts apply only to the base airfare, excluding taxes, surcharges, or any promotional fares.
4.4
Promotional or already discounted fare classes are not eligible for further SkyClin discounts.
4.5
For itineraries involving partner airlines and additional flight segments operated under codeshare agreements with their affiliates, any applicable SkyClin discount will apply only to the segments operated by the partner airline. The discount will be calculated proportionally based on the partner airline's share of the total base airfare.
4.6
Any flight ticket that was booked or issued outside of SkyClin's platform is not eligible for any discounts or benefits associated with the member's tier. Discount entitlements apply only to tickets booked directly through SkyClin, in coordination with partner airlines.
4.7
SkyClin is not responsible if lower fares are offered by third parties outside the SkyClin platform.
5 Travel Partner (Premium Plus)
5.1
Premium Plus members may designate one travel partner per ticket, who can be changed after any flights. The designated travel partner will be entitled to receive the same travel benefits extended by Royal Jordanian to the member's ticket — including, but not limited to, discounted fares and waivers on the first change penalty, subject to the airline's applicable terms and conditions.
5.2
There are no restrictions regarding the age, profession, or physical condition of the travel partner designated by the member. The selection is left entirely to the discretion of the Premium Plus member.
5.3
Requirement: The travel partner must accompany the member on at least one flight sector (either outbound or return). Failure to comply with this condition will result in the revocation of travel partner privileges and may lead to the imposition of applicable charges on the member for future bookings, including fare differences and any relevant penalties, as determined by the partner airline.
5.4
If the member cancels their flight, the travel partner's ticket will be automatically cancelled and refunded to the original ticket holder, subject to the refund and cancellation policies - including any applicable fees - as imposed by the airline.
6 Code of Conduct for Doctors Onboard Program
6.1
Safety Requirement: For safety, professionalism, and readiness to respond if needed, SkyClin doctors are strictly prohibited from consuming alcohol or taking sedative medications, including but not limited to sleeping pills, during any flight in which a ticket was issued through SkyClin.
6.2
Should a medical emergency arise onboard, any assistance offered by the member doctor is strictly voluntary and must be carried out under the guidance and discretion of the airline crew. SkyClin does not impose or encourage unsolicited intervention, and the final authority lies with the flight crew.
6.3
Member doctors are not expected or obligated to intervene in any in-flight medical situation that is outside the scope of their clinical knowledge or specialty. Professional judgment and personal safety must always be respected.
6.4
Expected Response: A SkyClin member who has booked a ticket through the platform is expected to respond promptly to any request for medical support made by the flight crew in the event of an onboard emergency. While the doctor retains full discretion on whether to intervene based on their expertise, refusing to assess the situation or offer initial support without valid justification will be reported to SkyClin and may result in immediate termination of membership and permanent blacklisting from the program.
6.5
Members are strongly encouraged to review the onboard medical emergency guidance booklet and other educational materials provided by SkyClin through the members' portal. These resources are designed to help doctors become familiar with available medical equipment, tools, medications, and the standard protocols for responding to in-flight medical situations, ensuring preparedness and confidence when offering support.
6.6
The core purpose of the Doctor On Board program is to pre-identify qualified medical professionals to the flight crew prior to departure and to equip them with the essential knowledge and resources for managing in-flight medical emergencies. Under no circumstance shall SkyClin or its member doctors be held responsible for preventing flight diversions or for handling medical cases beyond their clinical expertise. Participation in the program does not impose any legal obligation on the member, nor does it establish any form of liability for outcomes arising from voluntary assistance.
6.7
When a member books a flight ticket through SkyClin, their name and seat number are automatically shared with the flight crew prior to departure for identification purposes. Members may be approached by the crew for a brief introduction, and are kindly requested to confirm their identity upon request. This step is solely for orientation and does not indicate any obligation to provide medical support unless a situation arises.
7 Termination & Notifications
7.1
SkyClin reserves the right to reject or terminate any membership if:
- Misuse or false representation is discovered including providing false documents and proofs of medical profession and expertise.
- Members breach any of the Terms clauses above.
- The Member refuses justified onboard support.
7.2
Members will receive written notification via the registered e-mail in the event of termination.

8.2
Membership remains active only as long as SkyClin maintains agreements with at least one partner airline. The termination of such partnerships constitutes a force majeure, and SkyClin shall not be held liable for service disruptions resulting from it. However, SkyClin remains responsible to maintain good faith in relation to the members and its partner airlines to continue offering its services.
